It has been an adventure these past two years.  Moving back to my home state has been both a blessing and a curse.  I love our one acre and we work very hard to make it the place we want it to be.  We are closer to family, but we are closer to family. 

I have been trying to figure out where I fit in at this stage of my life.  My husband has retired and we have moved back to Washington State.  He has gone back to work on a farm, I have not.  Sooooo, what to do???  Plant a garden, of course!  Yes, the past two summers have been busy with planting, weeding, picking, canning, freezing, weeding, enjoying!
